Since the sumbangan.com platform was established in 2020, we have not charged any transaction fees, but for now a charge of RM0.99 per transaction will be charged for the survival of the sumbangan.com team. Dear Campaign Organizer
To provide this platform, of course there are development, maintenance, marketing, advertising as well as operational costs. We charge RM2 or 5% (whichever is higher) for the payment gateway + platform charge for successful transactions. Yes, that's all. no registration charges, no campaign opening charges, no commitment charges or any hidden charges. We are also in the process of reducing charges per transaction to a minimum fixed rate. To achieve that goal, we need to achieve more transactions on this platform.
