In the heart of Africa, particularly in Uganda, countless homeless children struggle to find food. Hunger deprives these young souls not only of physical nourishment, but also of the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. In Islam, feeding the hungry is an act of immense virtue, rewarded both in this life and the Hereafter.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us that helping the needy is a path to earning Allah’s pleasure, and we are called to act on this. With your support, we can extend our hands to these children, fulfilling both a humanitarian and a religious obligation.

We aim to provide regular meals for homeless and orphaned children in Uganda to alleviate hunger and malnutrition. By donating, you engage in Sadaqah Jariyah, as food not only sustains life, but also brings hope and happiness to children in need. On top of that, this will encourage donors to see this act as a means of gaining Allah’s favor and following the footsteps of the Prophet (PBUH) who said,

“He is not a believer whose stomach is filled while his neighbor goes hungry.”

The donations will be used to purchase and distribute essential food items, including rice, beans, fruits, vegetables, and clean water. With that, we want to establish a consistent feeding schedule to ensure that the children shall receive at least two nutritious meals daily.
